Born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Robby has just completed his freshman year at Rice. Once he moved out to Texas last fall, Robby was excited to learn about the global health-oriented opportunities at Rice. He looks forward to using this Beyond Traditional Borders internship as an opportunity to learn how to effect positive changes in the world and in his own community, and appreciates everyone that takes time out to read the BTB interns' blogs.
